Setting the freight charges
Click on the "Defining or modifying the freight charges" link in the "Customization" page of your e-commerce catalogue website:

Fill in the freight charges "Amount" field of the form and click on the button corresponding to the freight charges input mode (ex. VAT or inc. VAT). Then click on the button "for the entire order" if the freight charges apply to the entire order or click on the "per ordered product" button if the freight charges are calculated per product. Next select the VAT rate that applies to the freight charges and click on the "Save modifications" button:

Once this made you have defined the freight charges that apply for your e-commerce website. As you can see there are some other fields available in the freight charges definition form:
- "Free freight point": is the amount of order over which you want to give to your customers the freight charges for free. If you don't want to give freely the freight charges for any amount of order leave that field empty;
- "Delivery countries": you can define the list of countries in which you accept to deliver the products that you sell on your e-commerce catalogue website (refer to the short note about that bellow). Click on the "Add a country" link to add a country where you accept to deliver the products you sell online, and click on the "Remove" link to remove a country from the list. The "by default" country is the one that is selected automatically as the delivery country for the shopping cart of your customers, that they can modify by choosing in their shopping cart another delivery country that is included in the list you define here.
Note about the list of delivery countries:
It is compulsory that you define the list of the countries where you accept to deliver the products you sale online, in order to avoid that a customer purchases to you a product in a so far country that the freight charges would not be covered by the sale amount of the product.
