Sending an invoice by e-mail
Once you have made an invoice in your e-commerce website you can send it very easily by e-mail, in that e-mail the invoice will be attached in a pdf format document. Go to the "My sales" page and click on "Send the invoice" for the sale you want to send the invoice:









In the next form you must fill in the fields "Issuer e-mail address" and "E-mail text" (you will learn in the next pages of the present documentation how to do to configure these data and not to have to fill in these fields again). Click on the "Send the invoice" button:









A confirmation message informs you that the invoice has been sent successfully. Click on the "Continue" button to go back to the "My sales" page:









The invoice has now been sent by e-mail to your customer, and to the seller (you) too for checking.
