Hiding a category or a product

It may be sometimes useful to prevent a category or a product to be displayed on your website, for example in the event of the selling ban of a product and waiting for a new selling authorisation.

But you must be able to make this category or product displayed again on your website without having to enter another time every text and picture you have input while its creation.

For that you just need to click on the « Deactivate ... » button of the element, as shown below :

You have now a confirmation message. Click on the « Continue » button to go back to the previous page :

As you can see the « Deactivate ... » button that you have clicked on is now transformed into a « Activate ... » button :

You just will have to click on that « Activate ... » button as soon as you want the element to be displayed again on your website.
