Customizing the order forms

The order forms that are automatically generated by your Rapid'Catalogues e-commerce website are made on a standard model. You can customize these order forms. Go to the "Customization" page of your online catalogue, and click on "Customizing the order forms" (in the "E-commerce functionalities" section) :

The following page allows several customization, that are introduced here :

- Valid until : it is compulsory that an order form generated by your e-commerce website has a validity deadline, that is mentioned at the top right of the order form, under the "Order form" title :

This deadline is calculated on the basis of the number of days that you input in the "Period of validity" field of the order forms customization form.

- Free header lines : you have 3 lines reserved in the header of your order forms to make appear in these lines the free content you want to put there (your business identification numbers, the compulsory data that you must make appear depending on the local law, etc.) ;

- Cheques recipient : the order forms that are generated by your e-commerce website include a mention like "Order form to be returned with your payment by cheque to the order of .......................... before the date written in the header of this form.". The order your customers must make their cheques if they want to pay you by this way, is defined by what you input in the "Cheques recipient" field.

- Free text at the end of the order form : you can input a free text that will be printed at the end of the order forms generated by your Rapid'Catalogues e-commerce catalogue.
